The Enterprise Solutions team comprises various functions covering marketing communications, product strategy, and design, business planning, and channel enablement. You would be part of the team responsible for managing and evolving the AdTech, CPaaS solutions, Mobile Identity, Data Products and new products innovation.Role OverviewAs the Manager of Products & Platforms for Jazz Business, you will drive the development, innovation, and execution of high-impact products and platforms that empower businesses to harness the full potential of beyond connectivity and Data product solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong product management acumen, deep understanding of AdTech, CPaaS solutions, Mobile Identity, Data Products and analytics platforms. Well-versed with the local and international market trends and have ample experience in managing a business portfolio directly or independently with P/L responsibilities and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will be leading Product team with task of managing Product conceptualization, partnership development, and value chain Management.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Technology, to develop scalable solutions, ensure revenue growth, and maintain Jazz’s position as a market leader in business analytics and communication platforms. This includes complete responsibility for P&L, revenue growth, pipeline generation, partnerships, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches. The role also entails business planning, operational excellence, and creating impactful reports and presentations for stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Management Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Jazz Data Products Align product development with business objectives and customer needs. Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and iteration. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and technology trends. Prioritize features, define roadmaps, and manage product releases aligned with business goals. Platform Innovation Lead the design and development of scalable platforms with enhanced customer experiences and enriched functionalities, including targeting, analytics, and self-service capabilities. Identify and integrate third-party data sources to augment platform offerings and value. Research and refine product offerings to align with industry requirements and market use cases. Revenue & Performance Ownership Develop and execute strategies and achieve Product Roadmap Deliverables working with cross functional teams to achieve budgeted Targets. Regular review and reporting of sales performance Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and ensure alignment with company objectives. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate product features into business value. Work with Sales and Marketing to develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Engage with enterprise clients to gather feedback, identify pain points, and deliver tailored solutions. Leadership & Team Development Manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Upskill team members on emerging trends in AdTech, analytics, and platform technologies. Customer Insights and Analytics: Analyze customer feedback and market trends to prioritize features and improvements. Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance product offerings. Market Positioning:Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling marketing strategies and plans.Business Planning and Strategy Design and implement strategic business plans that prioritize growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for developing roadmap, business plans and marketing strategies Define, track, and report on KPIs to align product performance with organizational goals. Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and resource allocation. Reporting and Presentations Develop detailed and visually compelling presentations to showcase platform performance, market opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Regularly report progress to leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Leadership and Team Development Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Mentor team members on emerging trends and technologies in data-driven platforms and product management. Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and service providers to ensure seamless collaboration. Regularly review Partner offerings, products, and pricing to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business needs. Oversee and review partner invoicing for products and platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance RequirementsKey Requirements Education: Masters’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. Experience: 8+ years in product management, platform development, or related fields, preferably within the Telecom or AdTech industry. Strong expertise in product and platform development, data analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign management platforms Proven track record of delivering scalable, revenue-generating platforms. Knowledge of Enterprise Business Solution, open-source technologies and Software development life cycle Experience in product and platform development, Ad-Tech/ ICT/Web Platforms/ Mobile Applications space Understanding of B2B Eco-system and market trends especially in enterprise and digital solutions Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking with strong business acumen. Deep understanding of Telco data, analytics solutions, and digital AdTech. Proficiency in product development methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
