We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager People Excellence to oversee and streamline our HR processes at Devsinc. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing best HR practices to enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of HR functions, and a passion for optimizing workforce efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage core HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HR compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management and ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on HR budgeting, audits, and compliance matters.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on employee relations.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
  • Handle escalated employee concerns and grievances professionally.
  • Run designed analytics dashboards which can help the organization manage its employees and payroll effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and HR best practices.
