Job Description
- Oversee and provide strategic direction for Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security operations, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Drive brand audits, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency while identifying market trends and maintaining competitiveness.
- Establish a performance-driven culture aligned with business objectives and stakeholder interests, including guests, employees, owners, and Accor.
- Act as a strategic advisor across departments, contributing to goal-setting and business improvements while managing short- and long-term financial objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, championing Movenpick and Accor culture and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in operations.
