About the job MANAGER IMPLEMENTATION

COMPANY OVERVIEW


Our Client, a Karachi based newly established FinTech company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:


As the Manager Implementation, you will report to Head of Technology & Data Management and will be responsible to play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless integrations between the company and technology platform and within the ecosystem of digital alliance partners.


Key Responsibilities


  • Work closely with the technology service provider for development and implementation of complete payment system platform
  • Design and develop scalable and secure payment systems architecture to handle financial transactions efficiently
  • Design wireframe diagrams and customer journey process flows keeping convenience at the forefront 
  • Coordinate with multiple partners for developing and maintaining APIs for seamless integration with third-party services, financial institutions, and merchants
  • Implement robust security measures for payment systems, including encryption, tokenization, and secure authentication
  • Ensure that payment systems comply with industry regulations, payment card industry standards, and other relevant financial regulations
  • Implement transaction monitoring mechanisms to detect and prevent fraudulent activities
  • Work closely with software developers to ensure the seamless integration of payment system components into FinTech applications
  • Work closely with QA teams for UATs and SITs
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for payment system architecture, APIs, and integrations

Education


  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields.

Experience


  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably at a startup or a large national / multinational organization with at least 3-6 years of demonstrated related functional experience.

Requirements:


  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, evolving and fast paced start up environment
  • Must have prior experience and understanding of payment systems including card and wallet management, apps development, hosting, gateway and network architecture
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and technologies, with knowledge of fintech trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement

Age


  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
