We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager HR Advisory Data and Management Information 


Principal responsibilities


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend HR systems, dashboards and reporting requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of stakeholder and business needs. Deliver against reporting requirements and demands based on system and inhouse dashboards.
  • Enhance and support People Risk Stewardship Globally – Evaluate current key metrics (conduct, culture, capacity and capability) for red flags and drive identification and management of Top and Emerging risk, ensure people risks and action plans are in place with business accountability
  • Testing and analysis on large data sets and understand stakeholder’s data requirements, perform analysis, impact assessment, and mitigate any impediments
  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Be involved in BAU activities to ensure the data platform is working efficiently manage annual attestations with downstream ensuring compliance to the data management policies
  • Provide training and support to HRA teams on data management practices and system
  • Analyze data trends, draw meaningful insights, and provide recommendations to enhance HR processes and decision-making.
  • Escalate flaws/gaps in policy and process to the appropriate relationship manager in the HR Advisory team and/or the customer contact support team .Work with the HR business in order to influence appropriate changes
