About the job Manager Financial Reporting & Fixed Asset
Principle Accountabilities
- Responsible for the Financial Reporting division and team.
- Supervision over finalization of monthly accruals and provisions.
- Monthly review of general ledgers to ensure all entries have been properly recorded.
- Review of detailed analysis of monthly overheads, selling and administrative expenses.
- Supervision over preparation of monthly financial results along with detailed analysis.
- Supervision over the internal and external audit for execution and timely finalization of annual audit.
- Supervision over preparation of annual financial statements of the Company (consolidated and
- unconsolidated).
- Supervision over Company's fixed asset record in SAP.
- Supervise the recording of monthly fixed asset additions, disposal, transfer and execution of monthly
- depreciation runs for fixed assets.
- Review and finalization of Company's right of use asset records.
- Supervision over recording of monthly right of use additions, disposal and execution of monthly
- amortization.
- Supervision for automation of fixed asset related processes.
- Training of subordinate staff.
- Capability development of the financial reporting team.
Experience & Qualification
Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Competencies
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Financial Accounting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
- Analytical mindset: capability to analyze data to catch inconsistencies and mistakes
- Team player and pro-active
- Shown skills with MS Office (excellent skills in Excel is a must)
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
