Roles & Responsibilities
- Steward the performance of companies & highlight gaps and suggest corrective actions.
- Act as a business partner to Business finance teams and CEOs to identify risks and opportunities to support value creation proactively
- Support the Director of Finance in managing the group as well as Business finance matters
- Actively participate in the development of Annual Business Plans of assigned Business Units
- Help develop and monitor forward-looking business metrics
- Help ensure financial discipline and working capital management, monitor capital expenditure and help enforce strict credit control
- Monitor effective management of foreign currency, interest and counter-party risks
- Help devise risk management strategies
- Support with strategizing and implementation of group-wide special initiatives
- Critically examine existing systems, workflows, procedures, policies, and controls and suggest improvements
Job Summary
Provide requisite support to Director Finance in analysing and monitoring key business metrics and in partnering assigned businesses through periodical interaction with BU teams and business reviews. Support BU in annual business planning exercise. Monitor working capital and risk management. Support special Corporate/BU initiatives and CapEx/M&A projects. Be the lead finance partner to Corporate IS

Work experience requirement
- 7-10 yrs. of relevant experience in FMCG / manufacturing environment
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent Financial Degree
