About the job Manager External Partnerships and Engagement
Position Summary:
This position will lead the development and management of strategic external partnerships, fostering collaborations that enhance academic programs, research, executive education, and career services.
Key role and responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry partners, and organizations in the public and private sectors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Design and execute high-profile events, conferences, and seminars, and fostering meaningful connections.
- Facilitate research partnerships, identifying opportunities for joint projects, grants, and publications.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni, industry partners, and career services, enhancing student employability and alumni networks.
- Work closely with marketing teams to promote organization's partnerships, events, and research collaborations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 6-8 years of experience in partnership development, event management, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, networking, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving circumstances
