About the job MANAGER - DATA MANAGEMENT
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client, a Karachi based Renewable Energy company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
The position of Manager Data Management will report to Head of Asset Management and will be responsible for overseeing the collection, storage, accuracy, and security of data related to renewable energy assets. This role ensures seamless data integration, provides technical support, and manages billing and invoicing processes to support operational efficiency and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all operational and performance data, implementing measures to minimize errors
- Manage the secure storage, organization, and maintenance of large data sets related to renewable energy systems
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of billing and invoicing processes, collaborating with finance and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies
- Provide technical support to address issues related to data management systems, ensuring minimal disruptions
- Analyze and interpret data to monitor asset performance, providing actionable insights and detailed reports to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for data security and privacy
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to optimize data management systems for improved efficiency and functionality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries, supporting internal and external stakeholders with data needs
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, Business Administration and / or any relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Strong organizational and communication skills
Age
- The candidate should be preferably not more than 35 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
