Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join Jazz's business team as a Manager, Cloud Communication Solutions with a focus on cloud-hosted communication services. This role is pivotal in transforming innovative tools and services into market-ready B2B products, driving their commercialization, and ensuring they meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in relevant areas, coupled with expertise in product management and B2B commercialization, and a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling cloud solutions.


Key Responsibilities


·       Lead the development and execution of cloud communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and technical requirements.


·        Responsible for the productization of cloud communication technologies, devising end-to-end journeys involving relevant stakeholders to make them marketable.


·        Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the assigned portfolio.


·        Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.


·        Build Strategic partnerships to expand the communication portfolio for Jazz business


·        Lead the P&L for the assigned portfolio


·        Manage a team of business and technical specialists to ensure smooth implementation and operational performance of cloud communication platforms.


·        Serve as the key technical and strategic point of contact for cloud communication solutions.


·        Develop new channel partnerships and ensure the enablement of sales channels.


·        Collaborate with sales teams to tailor solutions to client needs, monitor market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.


·        Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


·       Cross functional team management with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of communication solutions.


·       Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, customer support, product teams) to ensure seamless integration and adoption of cloud communication solutions.


·       Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on cloud communication technologies and best practices.


·        Serve as a liaison between the team and senior leadership, ensuring clear and transparent communication.


·        Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.


·        Promote open communication channels within the team to encourage feedback and idea-sharing.


·        Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with the company’s strategic vision.


·        Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of cloud communication solutions and processes.

Requirements


  • Education:
    • Master's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 7 years of experience in product management.
    • Proven Track record of successful solutions launch cloud with hands on experience in communication solutions (e.g., VoIP, UCaaS,CCaS etc).
    • Experience in managing teams and large-scale projects preferably in similar domains.
    • Strong experience in managing cloud-based collaboration tools and contact center technologies.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful GTM strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
    • Experience in pricing strategies, revenue models, and profitability analysis.
