We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Center Operations
In this role, you will:
·Daily BAU:
oProcess: Robust process documentation and ensuring the processes are implemented with full rigour without exception. Evaluate options to improvise, streamline the process to enhance user experience, reduce cost and drive automation and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrate process improvement on a month-on-month basis as part of process maturity
oStakeholder management: Drive strong stakeholder management with local Hyderabad leaders and wider Hyderabad teams and associates by providing solutions and resolving issues in timely manner.
oGovernance: implement robust governance and control for all centre ops processes and ensure robust reporting is available in transparent manner to all stakeholders
oManaging transport operation for employees in Hyderabad
oRestacking and Capacity Plan Monitoring
oCustoms, STPI & SEZ related Activities
·Employee Engagement and CSR:
oDriving the Employee Engagement agenda for the Centre
oDrive the CSR initiatives and volunteering for the Centre
oFoster the culture of collaboration and cohesiveness in driving the initiatives.
·Compliance:
oFinancials – Ensure governance and control of spend at site level and oversight of spend for various centre ops activities and wider activities supporting GB/GF i.e. employee engagement, CSR etc.
oAudit: Review deliverables of team and ensure it fulfils the needs for any internal audit and compliance requirements and proactively work towards fixing any process gaps to mitigate any potential red flags
oCLRA for the site to be completed in time.
oAll statutory licences and certificates to be obtained and deployed in time.
oEnsuring health and safety drills in coordination with corporate services team.
·General Administration & Vendor Staff Management:
oSupporting to CRE for premises contract renewals and new contract executions.
oLiaison with CRE for facility related activities
oManagement of Company owned car drivers, Office boys and Valet drivers.
oMaintain positive attitude within the Team.
oAbility to take initiative and work in high volume proactive deadline-oriented environment.
