Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Manager of Capacity & Resource Planning to join our team at Interwood Mobel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the capacity planning process, resource allocation, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources in alignment with our business goals. This role will involve analyzing production metrics, forecasting future capacity needs, and collaborating with various departments to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective capacity planning strategies to meet the production demands of the business.
- Analyze production data and forecasts to identify trends and recommend adjustments to resource allocation.
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure alignment of capacity with inventory levels and customer demand.
- Monitor resource utilization and workflow efficiency, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Prepare and present reports on capacity and resource planning metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies for capacity planning and management.
- Assist in developing training programs for staff on effective resource management practices.
