Manager Business Growth - ERP

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager with a strong background in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) or similar ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of ERP sales experience, preferably with extensive exposure to the F&O ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales of ERP solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, across Pakistan.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the ERP market, particularly focusing on companies that are actively selling or utilizing leading ERP solutions, as well as other key industry players.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business by driving sales excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of ERP sales experience, with a strong preference for experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the ERP market, including competitors.
• Strong network within the ERP ecosystem in Pakistan
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
