The Position

Manager Business Excellence – Sales (Islamabad)

As a Business Excellence Manager, you will be actively promoting Roche DIA product under responsibility to all targeted HCP/Labs. To ensure that all activities are in accordance with the SOP standards & to achieve all set sales budgets of all assigned products on cycle basis.  You will be responsible for sales and profitability objectives from existing and new accounts or clients.
Your Opportunity


  • Achieve Growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team


  • Design and implement the strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base


  • Managing, Recruiting, Objective setting, Coaching and Performance monitoring of sales people


  • Present sales, Revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the Management


  • Ability to Hire, Training, Grooming and Motivates sales representatives


  • Mange the Month-end and year-end close process


  • Handle and resolve customer complaints


  • Prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined geography or market



Who you are


  • University degree / Bachler / MBA (in science / related field/Lab) or Marketing degree with aptitude for medical / technical information


  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience and 1-2 Year as people Manager


  • Understanding of the Diagnostic Industry with product and market knowledge


  • Sales data analysis experience with superior business and negotiation skills
