We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Accounts Payable operations
Principal responsibilities
- Monitoring and ensuring third party vendor and Intercompany invoices are processed accurately by adhering to the company policies
- Ensure vendor payments are paid on time as per contractual obligations and monitor closely Accounts Payable KPI’s.
- Employee claims are processed and paid on time by following the policies of company.
- Ensure proper controls/checks/audits are conducted at the time of processing.
- Do a random audit of the payments made and give constructive feedback to team and to outsourced partners.
- Raise IT tickets on time to ensure issues are fixed and no further impact for future invoices.
- Ensure all reconciliations pertaining to AP accounts are reconciled on time and exceptions are raised as necessary.
- Work with internal/external auditors to ensure finance Balance sheets are approved by Statutory auditors.
- Make sure new vendors are created on time and amendments are done as per procedures.
- Ensure customer queries are replied in full and on time,escalate duplicate/incorrect payments on time and work towards remediation/ put a fix to the issues.
