We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Managing Incidents for PAN India entities like INM/GSC/GLTi/HSCI/AMIN &HIFSL along with Global Incidents
• monitoring and Working on service improvement techniques.
• Contribute to HSBC global Incident Management best practices.
• Maintaining quality while escalating and engaging support teams for Incident resolution.
• In line with HSBC Incident Management process, Highlight and communicate progress on
• Incident resolution with agreed service levels.(24x7, 365days a year)
• Complete over view of all the services hosted in India and outside India, those are utilized by
• India business units, Payment estate of India
