Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance scheduling, with a strong focus on SAP PM.
- Experience in the mining industry or heavy industrial environments is an advantage.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP PM for work order management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, and infrastructure using SAP PM.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and operations staff to ensure timely execution of scheduled activities.
- Monitor and update maintenance work orders in SAP PM, ensuring accurate work progress and resource allocation tracking.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality, safety requirements, and operational needs.
- Generate and analyze maintenance reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Ensure spare parts, tools, and other resources are available to execute planned maintenance activities effectively.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory for maintenance activities.
- Support the implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with RDMC safety and operational standards during maintenance planning and execution.
- Liaise with contractors and third-party vendors for specialized maintenance requirements.
- Provide input to the budget planning process for maintenance activities.
