Maintenance Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

Responsible for smooth running of production equipment by ensuring timely and effective troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment of OSD, Liquid and Semi Solid areas.

Principal Duties:

• Ensure smooth operations of OSD, Liquid and Semi Solid in respective day and night shifts. 
• Ensure EHS compliance in all maintenance activities and maintain personnel protective & LOTO equipment in working order.
• Ensure Quality compliance in area related project and maintenance activities.
• Ensure that all operation logs are filled and maintained where required in compliance with GDPs.
• Support Engineer in maintaining critical spare parts inventories to make the equipment available for operations.
• Provide support in improvements and modifications activities to upgrade existing operations.
• Provide support in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Provide support in validation activities of production equipment.
• Responsible to manage and monitor maintenance KPIs on monthly basis. 

Knowledge, Experience & Qualification:

• Knowledge of operations and Maintenance of Manufacturing. and Finishing equipment and troubleshooting
• Minimum 04 – 05 Years of experience in relevant field
• BE (Electrical) / B Tech / DAE (Electrical)
