As a LinkedIn Lead Generation Ninja, you will be responsible for building and executing strategies to identify, attract, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn. Your role will focus on developing relationships with decision-makers and driving leads that convert into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns tailored to B2B IT markets.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
- Targeted Outreach:
- Use advanced LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
- Send personalized and professional connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
- Content Utilization:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share valuable content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that engages prospects.
- Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and contacts.
- Track progress using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Analyze key metrics (response rate, connection rate, lead quality) to optimize outreach.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates.
RequirementsQualifications
- 2-3 years Proven experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation for IT or B2B industries.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc.) with proven numbers to generate Warm leads from different geographies.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing processes and CRM tools.
- Strong fluency in written, and basic level in spoken English is a must.
- Experience in booking meetings via Cold Calling is a strong plus.
- Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
