Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Strategic Recruitment:
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the company's technical talent acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies with the company's growth objectives.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Leverage various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive and active candidates in the technology sector.
- Implement innovative approaches to attract diverse candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Evaluation:
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
- Provide guidance to your team in evaluating technical expertise and soft skills of candidates.
Collaboration:
- Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, position specifications, and team dynamics.
- Foster effective communication between the recruitment team and hiring stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Implement best practices and stay updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in recruitment.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources , Business, or related field ( master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (5 to 7 years) in technical recruitment, with a focus on roles in software development, engineering, data science, etc.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
- In-depth understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus.
