Programmers Force is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead of SQA (Software Quality Assurance) to join our team. As the Lead SQA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing our software quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and driving the adoption of best practices and processes for quality assurance.Responsibilities Lead and manage the SQA team, providing guidance and mentorship Define and implement software quality assurance strategies and processes Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts Identify and report software defects and issues, and track their resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Design and configure test environments, tools, and frameworks Monitor and analyze software metrics and quality indicators to improve software quality Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software quality assurance
