Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Ruby on Rails applications.

• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions to enhance system performance.

• Mentor and guide developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.

• Work with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in Ruby on Rails. Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.

• Expertise in MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, or Vue.js is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS is a bonus.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced development environment. Technical Skills

• Expertise in Ruby on Rails framework and MVC architecture.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web application security.

• Proficiency in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Experience with frontend technologies like JavaScript, React.js, or Vue.js.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Experience: 5 years

Salary Range: Based on Experience

Work Timings: Monday to Friday Evening 5:00 pm to 1:00 am
