Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Ruby on Rails applications.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions to enhance system performance.
- Mentor and guide developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in Ruby on Rails. Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
- Expertise in MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS is a bonus.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced development environment. Technical Skills
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails framework and MVC architecture.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web application security.
- Proficiency in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience with frontend technologies like JavaScript, React.js, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Salary Range: Based on Experience
Work Timings: Monday to Friday Evening 5:00 pm to 1:00 am
