Job Description
- Drive robust business management processes like daily cadence, weekly business reviews, monthly business reviews, forecasting and planning activities to drive business growth.
- Tracking and analysis of all financial variables, including providing business commentary monthly, quarterly, and on an ad hoc basis.
- Regularly monitor & analyze data against growth metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase scale, and enhance efficiency of marketing spend.
- Analyze sessions, page views, orders, reorder rates and conversion metrics for customers and propose how to get new customers and retain customers for QCommerce.
- Lead exploratory data analysis projects to achieve a better understanding of customer lifestyle and behavior to help discover untapped areas of growth and optimization.
- Work on multiple projects with global and regional Headquarters of foodpanda on process improvements, dashboards, analytics in driving the business in the best way possible.
- Manage end-to-end projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports.
- Be a steward of good data practices - robust documentation, versioning, play booking, processes, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or any other analytical field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven business sense, with a good foundation in basic financial and business strategy principles
- Work experience in a financial analysis, planning, or budgeting role is a plus
- Analytical mind and business acumen with the ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and form conclusions based on findings.
- Must be extremely detailed oriented and have a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data-oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Looker Studio).
- Ability to work in a collaborative and cooperative team setting, with numerous interactions with internal and external customers.
- Proven presentation and storytelling skills, personal impact, and confidence to lead meetings, and presentations
- Strong communication skills to translate data-specific issues, impacts, and interpret requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- High integrity and work ethic.
- Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
