YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
- Ensure seamless shipment/material handling (loading/unloading/processing) in warehouse.
- Lead warehouse operations in accordance with the operational plans of the facility.
- Conduct regular performance dialogue sessions, morning briefings and performance evaluation meetings.
- Attend to service centre needs efficiently at all times.
YOUR PROFILE
- Typically requires a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, team management and follow-up skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and targets in a challenging environment.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
