We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong expertise in the IT industry's Staff Augmentation model, particularly within Managed Service Provider (MSP) frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in business development, showcasing in-depth knowledge of staff augmentation practices and a keen understanding of MSP IT solutions.
Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize various channels (social media, email campaigns, cold calling, webinars) to generate leads.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

Requirements
  • Proven experience of 4 years in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze campaign performance.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
