Job Description:


We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with 2 years of experience to drive high-quality leads and contribute to business growth through targeted outreach and marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to acquire potential clients.
  • Identify and research target audiences using LinkedIn, email marketing, and other prospecting tools.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound marketing efforts.
  • Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to track and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.


  • Analyze lead generation performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Engage with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and calls to schedule meetings and demos.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and lead generation best practices.


Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.


  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Woodpecker, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).


  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.


  • Ability to analyze data and optimize lead generation efforts.


  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.


  • Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.


Other Details:


Experience: 2+ years


Location: Karachi


Work Mode: Hybrid


Working Days: Monday to Friday 


Work timings - 1PM to 9 PM


Salary: Market Competitive
