About the job Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:


  • Maintain/Build a database of customers/community.
  • Conduct calls to potential and existing customers to gather feedback, address inquiries and promote our products/services.
  • Create and maintain an accurate database of customer contacts and interactions to support follow-up efforts and sale strategies.
  • Executive follow-up calls to nurture leads, encourage repeat purchases and facilitate customer retention.
  • Assist in booking sales through our website and point of sale (POS) systems, ensuring all deals are properly documented and processed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions and assist in generating invoices for customer purchases.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
  • collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.

Qualification and Skills:


  • Bachelors/ Masters ( In Marketing or relevant field)
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Must have proficiency in CRM Software
  • Must have Sales software knowledge
  • Understanding of invoicing and billing process
