Job Description
The pandas have embarked on an inspiring journey to serve “Meal for Every Table.” This adventure began in the bustling hub of our Delivery Heroes, Vendor Partners, Suppliers, Pandamarts, and Passionate Homechefs, all united by the dream of delivering joy through delicious food & more. On this journey, you will report to “Director, Commercial”
Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and manage the local corporate sales team
- Effectively scale our processes, and prioritize initiatives, to drive growth and efficiency.
- Identify sales opportunities, initiate contact, negotiate, and close business deals with your corporate sales team.
- Identify corporate account management growth opportunities, keeping an eye on corporate customer retention and avoiding churn.
- Build quarterly business plans and strategies focusing on achieving big wins (top-down approach).
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs. You don’t mind being measured against specific goals. You’ll want to crush these goals.
- Liaise with different departments such as legal, finance, and marketing to align with market strategy and achieve your growth objectives.
- Constantly improve customer experience by finding deals, redefining processes, SOP and engaging with multiple teams to achieve your goal (restaurants, customer care teams, etc.).
- Responsible for managing and monitoring account receivables.
- Responsibility and realization of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business/Commerce would be preferred
- Must have at least 8 - 10 years of B2B and Account Management experience
- Proficient with Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Applications
- Proven experience in leadership roles within the B2B industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results through a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial management experience.
- System savvy
