Job Description

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models, including Generative AI models, to solve business problems  
  • Design scalable and efficient architectures for AI models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data pipelines. 
  • Collaborate with data engineers to implement robust data pipelines for training and serving AI models. 
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of AI models, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. 
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. 
  • Explore and evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms to improve PSW's capabilities. 
  • Contribute to R&D efforts to create innovative AI-driven trade solutions. 
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists. 
  • Lead code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to AI and data engineering standards.
