About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Kerry, you’ll focus on identifying opportunities and creating value for key accounts. You’ll lead market activities with a comprehensive menu management approach, supported by applications and marketing. In this role, you’ll build and maximize multi-level relationships with strategic customers, demonstrating the Kerry value proposition. You’ll gain commercial experience working with major QSR industry players and influence key decision-makers both internally and externally. Your efforts will help achieve targeted sales objectives and position Kerry as the top-of-mind partner for our customers.
 




Key responsibilities

•    Drive Success: Achieve budgeted targets and maximize profitability in food service across Pakistan from chains to brands through our distributors.
•    Innovate and Grow: Develop new business opportunities and support exciting LTO offerings, while ensuring the growth of our existing business.
•    Be the Expert: Become Kerry’s go-to food service expert, sharing cutting-edge market insights and trends – across global , regional and local chains
•    Lead and Inspire: Spearhead enhancement projects and quality growth initiatives within Food Service
•    Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with our dynamic marketing and culinary teams to drive innovative strategies, including product tastings and demonstrations
•    Build Strong Bonds: Forge and maintain powerful, strategic relationships with key customers.
•    Plan for Success: Develop and execute commercial plans that align with Kerry’s exciting strategic growth platforms.
•    Seize Opportunities: Identify new sales opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of new business.
•    Foster Collaboration: Build cross-functional relationships to drive innovative strategies and gain a deep understanding of key customer systems and processes.
•    Ensure timely Payments from customers and minimize the overall outstanding and credit exposure. 
•    Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the quality and features of our beverage offerings.
•     Present a monthly report on account results and sales.
•    Provide forecast monthly to Country Manager for their key account.
•    Develop and execute strategic plan to optimize the use of all pertinent Kerry technologies.




Qualifications and skills

•    Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience in the QSR, Food Service industry. 
•    Language proficiency in English 
•    Ability to travel locally and internationally for business 
•    Familiar with Microsoft Office applications 
•    A Bachelor’s Degree 
•    Basic forecasting 
•    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage LTOs (limited time offers) and regular engagements with key accounts.

Role Location: Lahore or Karachi
