The Opportunity


We prioritize business growth in the retail segment and emphasize the importance of HCPs and institutions. Our focus includes sale of devices, distribution management, after sale service, and the planning and execution of activities.


1. Planning


  • Assist in territory planning by providing market environment insights and estimating monthly/yearly product demand.


  • Prepare and execute monthly customer visit plans with specific objectives.


  • Review sales, provide monthly forecasts, and report on stock and promotional material status.


  • Ensure timely submission of all reports.



2. Sales Promotion


  • Develop in-depth knowledge of HCPs, customers, and accounts in the territory.


  • Continuously enhance product, disease, and market knowledge, and promotion skills.


  • Support and execute promotional campaigns using approved materials and provide feedback on promotional activities to marketing and line managers.



3. Sales


  • Achieve monthly SKU-wise sales targets and monitor stock/expiry at customer and distributor levels.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including HCPs.


  • Collect market feedback, build product advocacy, and implement sales schemes approved by the head office.



4. Diabetes Awareness


  • Assist in arranging diabetes awareness sessions.


  • Support organizing diabetes and product awareness sessions for trade customers.



5. Distribution Management


  • Monitor distributor performance and maintain regular communication. Address distributor/dealer/customer issues and suggestions.


  • Ensure sufficient stocks at distributors.


Who You Are


  • Graduate in any stream. Must be passionate and driven about sales and building client relationships.


  • Minimum 1-2 years post qualification experience in Sales & Marketing, in the Pharmaceuticals/OTC/ sector. 


  • Hands-on experience of dealing with Retail Shops, Chemists, and Distributors etc.


  • Execution of Product Promotion Strategies, In Shop Activities, and Field Activities would be an added advantage.

Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Responsibilities: 


  • Follow all SHE programs, procedures, and instructions.


  • Report unsafe conditions or acts and wear company badges at all times on-site.


  • Inform line managers/supervisors if unsure about any situation.
