About the job JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION - NON-FUEL RETAIL OPERATIONS
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced and seasoned professionals for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
- Make sure to accurately record the license fees for operational convenience stores and NFR allied services following the approved franchise fee matrix and in accordance with the department's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Ensure timely generation of invoices in adherence to audit procedures and contractual agreements, followed by timely dispatch to Marketing Alliance Customers
- Actively pursue the collection of invoice payments and tax challans from Marketing Alliance Customers. Also responsible for budget analysis/utilization/updating in SAP
- Prepare the revenue breakdown considering the approvals and contractual agreement with the customer, and execute timely dealer share payments
- Compile the Revenue Profile for NFR Customers (including Marketing Alliances, Banks, Quick Service Restaurants, Brand Activation, Branchless Banking, etc.), Convenience stores, COCO Tire Shops, and COCO Service Stations based on invoice bookings in the SAP system. Following thorough examination by Marketing Finance
- Effectively handle and facilitate all vendor payments for the NFR Department in the VIMS System, ensuring timely processing of all payments
- Engage in the process of Fiscal Planning together with NFR regional managers, fostering collaboration and alignment with key internal departments such as Administration, Legal, Finance, Retail, ICT, Corporate Planning, etc., to finalize the expense and capital budget
- Prepare the monthly stewardship report and conduct various data analyses as required
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
Age
- The candidate should be preferably not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
