JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION - LUBRICANTS FILLING

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced and seasoned professionals for the following role:

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and monitoring of the Filling plan to meet the operational requirements
• Supervise all Filling activities carried out at plant as per weekly/monthly production plan
• Manage raw material receipts/inventory and their consumption as per Filling plan to ensure uninterrupted filling operation
• Coordination and monitoring of plastic cans, cartons and labels requirement from suppliers to meet filling requirements. Job also includes coordinating with supply chain section for timely availability of raw materials
• Monitor and take necessary corrective actions regarding daily activities like Filling plan, product Loss/Gain preparation, finished products inventory management, SAP system working for smooth operations
• Coordinate with Plant Incharge, Can Filling and logistics sections in execution of production and dispatch requirements
• Hand over rejected packages to Empty Packages staff for their disposal and recording in SAP
• Liaison with M&R section to ensure all related equipments are in operational condition
• Ensure implementation of ISO, HSE & QMS standards as per management policy for safe and smooth filling operational activities

Education

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

Requirements

• Ability to operate MS office and SAP/other ERP softwares
• Strong follow-up and coordination required
• Good communication and management skills will be an added advantage to get the job done
• Capability of handling subordinates, cartage contractors and drivers required
• Experience in the lubricant industry is also preferred
