COMPANY OVERVIEW


Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced and seasoned professionals for the following role:


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure seamless operations of E-commerce platform including order management, inventory management and product management
  • Actively work in close coordination with technology service providers and other alliance partners to ensure a seamless user journey
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to optimize operations
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Diligently work on product directory and constantly maintain correct category-wise SKUs and updated product image
  • Prepare and analyze MIS related to various business areas in order to highlight areas for improvement
  • Liaison with Customers, Regional Teams and Internal departments for resolution of customer transactions related issues and ensure all return and refund cases are processed timely
  • Ensure daily operator payments after reconciliations and make sure that all relevant vendor payments are made as per the defined TATs

Education


  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience


  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate across teams
  • High adaptability to adjust to changing environments and tasks
  • Proven teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting

Age


  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
