About the job JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION - DISTRIBUTION
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced and seasoned professionals for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & maintaining of Minimum Inventory Level (MIL) of packed products at all Companys locations
- Coordination with all Sales divisions, business Managers and sales staff to meet their lubricants requirement
- Coordination with internal customers within manufacturing unit for day to day sales requirement
- Inventory management using FIFO/LIFO for finished / packed lubricants at multi-racking warehouse
- Coordination with Cartage contractors to timely arrange vehicles for product transportation from manufacturing unit to different locations or customers
- Daily communication with sales staff of different areas to meet their requirement, communication with cartage contractor for vehicle arrangement and resolving their issues, in-house communication with different departments to complete assignment in a smooth manner
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
- Ability to operate MS office and SAP/other ERP softwares
- Strong follow-up and coordination required
- Good communication and management skills will be an added advantage to get the job done
- Capability of handling subordinates, cartage contractors and drivers required
- Experience in the lubricant industry is also preferred
