Job Description

Job Title: Junior Desktop Support Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Compensation: ₹2.4 to ₹3.2 LPA

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Working Conditions: Work from Office

Number of Openings: 5

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide day-to-day technical support to office employees for desktop systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts, installing, and configuring systems.
  • Maintain network connectivity, troubleshoot network-related issues, and escalate unresolved issues to senior teams.
  • Perform regular system updates, software patches, and preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system security, performance, and user experience.
  • Document technical procedures and resolutions for future reference and user guidance.
  • Assist in training users on new software and hardware implementations as required.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.

Skills Required:


  • Technical Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, Linux Administration (Mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware, Windows OS, and Linux.
  • Experience in troubleshooting network issues, including LAN/WAN and IP configurations.
  • Proficiency in resolving issues related to software installations, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Good communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to resolve complex technical problems.
