Job Title: Junior Desktop Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Compensation: ₹2.4 to ₹3.2 LPA
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Working Conditions: Work from Office
Number of Openings: 5
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to office employees for desktop systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist in setting up user accounts, installing, and configuring systems.
- Maintain network connectivity, troubleshoot network-related issues, and escalate unresolved issues to senior teams.
- Perform regular system updates, software patches, and preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system security, performance, and user experience.
- Document technical procedures and resolutions for future reference and user guidance.
- Assist in training users on new software and hardware implementations as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.
Skills Required:
- Technical Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, Linux Administration (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware, Windows OS, and Linux.
- Experience in troubleshooting network issues, including LAN/WAN and IP configurations.
- Proficiency in resolving issues related to software installations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Good communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to resolve complex technical problems.
