We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. Reporting to the Manager of Finance, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organizations financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Bank Payments: Handle and process day-to-day bank transactions and ensure timely payments.Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions in accounting software and maintain up-to-date records.Excel Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports using Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Reconciliation: Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.Support to Manager Finance: Provide assistance in financial analysis, budgeting, and other ad hoc tasks as required by the Manager of Finance.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (BBA/B.com).Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Experience: 6 months+ in accounts department.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and time management skills.
