About the job JR. MANAGEMENT / MIDDLE MANAGEMENT TALENT ACQUISITION

COMPANY OVERVIEW


Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role.


These Talent Acquisition roles will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for sourcing candidates through multiple channels. This includes collaborating with recruitment agencies for advertising, assessing candidates, and conducting talent mapping of external candidates to ensure timely filling of positions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage overall talent acquisition process from receiving job requisition to till the employee onboarding
  • Analysis of Talent Acquisition Data including Cost, Budget, Turn-around time, Monthly Turnover (New joining, Separations & Confirmations) and preparing reports for different Projects on needs basis. Talent mapping / Head Hunting on different Social Media platforms including Linkedin
  • Regular update of the recruitment database/tracker of all the newly hired incumbents in the company throughout the year
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of all past and current advertisements with the dates
  • Collaborate/Coordinate with different departments to assess their manpower needs and initiate the recruitment process for relevant position as required (External & Internal)
  • Creating Job advertisements tailored to the department's specifications in compliance with recruitment policy and collaborating with headhunters for the publication. In case of Internal hiring network with departments for IJP. Approval in both scenarios
  • Scrutinizing applicant's data as per recruitment criteria and/or management requirement to generate suitable number of prospective applicants and seek more information with headhunters where required by way of quality check
  • Liaison with testing service provider/head hunters for timely completion of shortlisting process
  • Arrange interviews, prepare interview summaries, draft salaries and obtain subsequent approvals from post for final selection
  • Facilitate in ensuring timely on-boarding of inductees as per Recruitment Policy. SAP recruitment actions and employee code generation
  • Coordinate with departments for pre-onboarding formalities and arrange orientation of new inductees 
  • Organizing career fair initiatives in collaboration with various educational institutions to enhance employee branding and increase audience engagement for future recruitment efforts

Education


  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Business / Public Administration.

Experience


  • Preferably 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment towards common goals

Age


  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
