Position Purpose:

Seeking a passionate Junior Graphic Designer eager to create impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centric design, a creative approach to crafting intuitive designs, interfaces, and a portfolio demonstrating diverse projects. Responsibilities include supporting social media presence, translating user needs into engaging designs, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field of design and development
  
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
  
  

Experience:

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields preferred.
  
• 6 months to 1 year proven work experience in a similar role.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating visually appealing designs for digital and print materials.
  
• Support the senior design team in developing concepts, layouts, and graphics.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding.
  
• Edit and refine existing designs based on feedback and project requirements.
  
• Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms.
  
• Research industry trends and competitor designs to improve creativity.
  
• Prepare and optimize graphics for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
  
• Assist in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications when needed.
  
• Work with typography, color schemes, and composition to enhance visual impact.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  
• Stay updated on design software, tools, and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

• Ability to create user personas, wireframes, and prototypes for seamless user journeys.
  
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, grids, typography, and composition.
  
• Proficiency in selecting color schemes that enhance brand identity and user experience.
  
• Experience in creating digital illustrations, icons, and infographics.
  
• Ability to apply font pairings and maintain readability across different platforms.
  
• Creating engaging visuals optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  
• Basic knowledge of animations for social media, reels, and short-form content.
  
• Open to iterating designs based on input from teams and stakeholders.
  
• Ensuring pixel-perfect designs with consistency in UI elements and brand guidelines.
  
• Proficient with design tools photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Adobe premier pro.
  
• Experience with Figma for wireframing, vector, flat art, prototyping, and UI/UX designs.
  
• Adobe Premiere Pro & CapCut for basic video editing and social media content creation.
  
• Experience making k social media design templates.
  
• Basic HTML & CSS (Bonus) – Understanding of how designs translate into development.
