Work Timings: US Shift (7 am to 4 pm EST) (4pm/5PM -1.30/2.30 PM IST)

Job Summary:

The IT Vendor Management analyst is an indispensable contributor to the fast-paced global environment, orchestrating the procurement process for Global IT Function-related goods and services with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raising IT Opex and Capex Purchase Requests using SAP systems and GEP S2P system working with approvers to ensure POs are released in a timely manner and within the agreed timeframes.
• Validate that purchase requests align seamlessly with dynamic business needs and stringent compliance standards.
• Review and approve invoices and ensure those get processed quickly and efficiently and working with Accounts payable/Finance to resolve any queries as required.
• Ability to work independently delivering to tight deadlines.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to swiftly comprehend evolving IT requirements and specifications.
• Cultivate strong relationships with IT organizations, ensuring adaptability in the management of external purchases and budget processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to IT purchases and vendor contracts, adapting swiftly to changing circumstances.
• Regularly review and track the real-time status of various request purchase requisitions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in working in SAP systems.
• Expertise in working with Global IT suppliers.
• Working knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI will be added advantage)
• Strong experience of a minimum of 3 years in creating Global IT purchases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze cost structures and trends with speed and accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced global environment.
