JOB TITLE: IT Support Executive

REPORTS TO: Team Lead / Manager


PURPOSE:
To provide comprehensive IT support, maintain robust IT infrastructure and ensure high standards of email deliverability. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing email systems to meet business requirements effectively.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Deliver efficient IT support services, resolving technical issues promptly and minimizing downtime.
  • Oversee the setup, maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
  • Specialize in email deliverability by configuring and monitoring email systems, resolving delivery issues and implementing best practices.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Document IT processes, troubleshoot guides and infrastructure maintenance protocols.
  • Stay updated with IT trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge in support and infrastructure management.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Academic Qualifications: BBA, MBA, or BS in Computer Science.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with IT support, infrastructure maintenance and email deliverability.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in the IT services domain, with demonstrated success in managing IT systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency with proven experience in client communication.
