Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and IT equipment, including printers and peripheral devices.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and preventative maintenance of systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining network equipment, including routers, switches.
- Document IT procedures, manuals, and guides for internal reference.
- Train users on new technologies, systems, and best practices.
- Educate staff on IT security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational data.
