We Are Hiring for IT Support


Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, including connectivity problems, software errors, and hardware malfunctions.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems, printers, and network devices.
  • Log and track support requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with system updates, backups, and basic network monitoring tasks.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office applications and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Experience: 0-6 months of relevant IT support or help desk experience


Requirements:


  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
