We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Owning and leading engagements with Audit, 2LOD, GCOO, and external parties on Control or process-related reviews and queries, and drive remediation of any resulting Audit actions, Helios risks, MSIIs etc.
- The face of the Group Change Control on behalf of the Global head of Change Enablement for GBGFs and other stakeholders.
- Operating processes to ensure Controls and performance are met and can be evidenced, and oversee key forums, materials, and reporting.
- Owning & maintaining the Change Enablement FIM, Operating Instructions, procedures, and all control related supporting documentation.
- Acting as a counsel to Global Head of Change Enablement and wider Change Enablement teams on Control and Audit related items.
- Leading key forums with GBGF Control representatives to ensure that the Change Control is consistently operated across the Technology organization.
- Contribute towards Continuous Improvement of Change Enablement internal processes through data analytics, stakeholder and management feedback, and industry best practices.
- Conduct deep dives into available Data & MI to identify shortfalls in Key Control or Performance Indicators and drive remedial actions.
