About the job IT Sales - Network & Security

IT Sales - Network Security - Onsite - Karachi

Hiring one of our technology solutions provider, using a blend of solution and innovation, Network, Security with software and technology at the forefront.


Core Responsibilities


  1. Overseas the countrywide business of the brand
  2. Developing business strategies and implement to meet brand sales targets.
  3. Ensuring the penetration for new customer base while retaining existing customers
  4. Negotiate agreements with principals to advance company interest
  5. Provide assistance for onboarding the resources for the brand
  6. Onboarding new Network and Security brands
  7. Upkeeping of the companys assets assigned
  8. Operating within the laws of the country
  9. Operating within the company defined risk parameters

Measurable deliverables


  1. Revenue as per brand's given target
  2. Minimum 10% of brand Pakistan market share
  3. Annual growth in customer base of 10%
  4. CM margin as per given target

Work done by themselves?


  1. Visit customers alone and along with the sales team for generating the business leads
  2. Perform pre-sales activities, design appropriate cost-effective services/solutions and presentations to customers
  3. Identify key Network and Security issues that impact the business and make recommendations to customers.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationship with the principals and the customer's C-Level
  5. Weekly meeting with the Country Manager on the business progress, growth, orders etc.
  6. Build and improve the technical knowledge on new products and technology
  7. Provide Sales & Technical coaching to the team
  8. Where required, act as a Project Manager on a deal to ensure the final solution meets customer expectations as per proposal submitted and deployed within budget
  9. Monitor R&D / customer support for technical solutions proposed or deployed by the company, and alert the sales teams to potential risks of deal closure. Engage in implementation and migration plans,
  10. Engage in test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for POCs & Production.
  11. Hire and train presales and deployment resources for the brands
  12. Plan customer events
  13. Ensuring the availability of himself and a team to serve the customers for timely service delivery.

Qualifications


  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Negotiation and presentation skills
  4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed given targets.
  5. Bachelor degree in a related field.
  6. Deep Knowledge of Network and Security

Experience


  1. Strong Technical Background with minimum five (5) years of technical product management
  2. Experience with SIEM, Vulnerability Management and Security Professional Services, preferably in Product development
  3. Strong understanding of the Network, security and cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
  4. Product Management & Development experience.

Location: Karachi Clifton


Working Days/ Hours: Mon to Fri ( 9am to 6pm )
