General Summary:
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Cyber Security projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, aligning with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different geographies to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Monitor project progress rigorously, track milestones, manage changes proactively, and ensure timely delivery of all components.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and regularly to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by developing mitigation strategies and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed, and provide detailed project reports.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are within scope and managed efficiently.
Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey information both verbally and in writing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven expertise in effectively managing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, and JIRA.
• Good knowledge of Agile project management methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Certification preferred).
• Understanding of cyber security best practices, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
'• Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in IT with at least 7 years of experience in Project Management.
• Broad experience in leading IT Infrastructure projects with some experience in Cyber Security projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
