Position IT Officer
Location Karachi Office
Qualification Bachelors in IT/Computer Science
Experience Minimum 2 years of related experience
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users including software, hardware and network troubleshooting and solves IT related issues.
  • Windows installation and tuning, printer configuration, installing and configuring other applications etc.
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  • LAN/WAN monitoring and management and performs day-to-day Networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability, and serviceability within minimal interruption.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems and assist in development and enhancement of IT systems.
  • Assist in warranty transaction of IT equipment and maintain IT Assets/Equipment database.
  • Developing and conducting training for users and newly hired staff.
  • Adopt innovation/ initiative by company in context of hardware and software deployment and assist/guide users on that wherever possible.
  • Perform any other helpdesk function that may be required by the company from time to time.
  • Travel to the Site & offices in Pakistan and other such geographies, if required IT support.
