Provide technical support to end-users including software, hardware and network troubleshooting and solves IT related issues.
Windows installation and tuning, printer configuration, installing and configuring other applications etc.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
LAN/WAN monitoring and management and performs day-to-day Networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability, and serviceability within minimal interruption.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems and assist in development and enhancement of IT systems.
Assist in warranty transaction of IT equipment and maintain IT Assets/Equipment database.
Developing and conducting training for users and newly hired staff.
Adopt innovation/ initiative by company in context of hardware and software deployment and assist/guide users on that wherever possible.
Perform any other helpdesk function that may be required by the company from time to time.
Travel to the Site & offices in Pakistan and other such geographies, if required IT support.
