The Opportunity
The Specialist Health Information Solution is responsible for commercializing, installing, and maintaining Roche Diagnostics IT Products and Roche Instruments’ operating software and workflow at customer sites. You will play a meaningful role in planning, implementing, crafting, organizing and supervising the activities of workflow & IT Solutions products. This position offers an outstanding blend of IT technical responsibilities and sales-oriented tasks, providing an exciting opportunity for individuals with a diverse skill set to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Your Responsibilities
Sell, Install, maintain and troubleshoot of Roche IT products at Customer sites
Work with business stakeholders, IT partners and customers to craft and build workflow & IT solutions for our customers
Provides consultation on connectivity solutions, regulatory compliance, security and virus protection concerns and the implementation of our products
Supports first implementation and subsequent implementations or modifications of the crafted solutions at customer's sites
Supports relevant business opportunities for the assigned portfolio by helping to define tailored solutions based on customer’s needs and objectives
Ensure activity planning/reporting at the CRM software, keeping data updated
Who You Are
We encourage applicants with degrees in IT, Automation, or Networking, and also consider diploma holders, giving weight to practical experience.
Prior experience in HL7/ASTM protocols, data security, IT support, networking, or IT product support is advantageous, as is experience in medical laboratories
Strong in problem-solving and troubleshooting, possess superb communication and presentation skills, and demonstrate proactivity, dynamism, independence, autodidacticism, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Proficient in English and Urdu (both oral and written)
Proactive individuals who stay updated on industry trends and technologies, are customer-focused, and demonstrate strong collaboration skills.
You must be willing to work flexible hours and travel frequently
