Key Responsibilities:
User Onboarding & Termination
Remote Software & Hardware Support
Provide remote technical assistance to departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues remotely.
SharePoint Administration & Optimization
Website & App Monitoring
Regularly monitor website and mobile app performance.
Flag and report bugs or opportunities for technical enhancements.
EDI Transmission Support
Monitor AS2-based EDI transmissions to ensure success.
Run command-line processes and restart services as needed.
Camera Playback Assistance
Remote Reporting & Data Support
Qualifications
2+ years of IT support experience (remote preferred)
Experience administering and optimizing SharePoint environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently across different time zones.

Work Mode: Remote - Full Time
Location: Karachi
Experience: 2+ Years
Days & Timings:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST (with 30 mins break)
Saturday: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM CST
Monday - Friday: 6PM-2.30AM (PKT) and Saturday: 7PM-11pm (PKT)
