About the role

‘IT&D Senior Business Analyst – Industrial Automation sits within IT&D Global Manufacturing Product Group.


Role is responsible for driving key Global initiatives in Serialization space with focus on Regulatory Serialization, Track & Trace, Aggregation, Anticounterfeit and UDI Regulations.


Role is responsible for organization change management in Product Centric IT Operating Model, owning the product roadmap to unlock value in Manufacturing IT systems and standardize the Serialization and Labelling Landscape for ~50 factories.




Your responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and deliver Product Ownership to unlock value in Manufacturing IT systems with focus on Serialization (Level 3 & Level 4), UDI and Track & Trace.
  • Manage a team / work closely with internal/ external resources to deploy Serialization solutions across Factories and Markets covering Level 1 to Level 5
  • End to end ownership of the Serialization Solutions (particularly Level 3 and Level 4) from roadmap, deployment to adoption and support throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyse the needs, define, and align product roadmap and help it to reach its strategic goal.
  • Define and drive overall product vision and strategy together with Global Stakeholders
  • Act as the primary contact for queries related to the owned products - Setting up and owning Support Structure
  • Accountable for IT Portfolio Management to improve IT Footprint, budgets- CAPEX/OPEX and IT Run cost.
  • Manufacturing Application Landscape Standardization.


The experience we're looking for
  • 6-14 years of Strong Domain expertise in IT Applications/Platforms in Regulatory Serialization, Track & Trace, UDI, Anticounterfeit space
  • Hands on of Track & Trace/ Regulatory Serialization Solutions (Level 3 & Level 4) both from factory and market side.
  • Preferred IT Implementation experience for Reg. Serialization Solutions (Level 3 and Level 4)
  • Understanding of Serialization Regulations like Russian Regulations, EUDAMED, US-FDA, UDI Regulations etc. would be a plus
  • Fundamental understanding of Manufacturing Processes, IT Systems involved in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain, High-Level Architecture and Interfaces.
  • Product Management/ Product Ways of Working - Experience in SAFe methodologies would be an advantage.
  • MBA from Top Colleges is desirable but not mandatory.
